Ben Tells Me Where He Came From

“Mommy, I don’t want to be here.”

“Be where?”

“On the Earth.”

“Ben, what are you saying? What do you mean?”

“I want to go back to where I came from.”

“Honey, are you upset about something?”

“No.”

“Where do you want to go? Where did you come from?”

“I came from space.”

“And you want to go back to space?”

“Yes.”

“You don’t like it here on Earth?”

“It’s OK. I just want to go back and do what I was doing before in space.”

“What were you doing in space?”

“Eating cheese.”
